- Responsible for providing excellent customer service by promoting the company’s image brand equity, and ensuring customer satisfaction/retention.

On Sales & Marketing
• Reach POS weekly/monthly sales target and maintain raking standard
• Handle the opening and closing of the shop, maintain/meet sanitation and quality standards
• Represent the brand image in a positive and professional manner:
a. Wear brand dress code according to image policy
b. Have name tag always clipped on blouse
c. Have make-up on during every day, including training & office day
• Demonstrate how to use makeup products by taking makeup appointments or by performing on the spot makeup application
• Demonstrate how to use skincare products by taking facial appointments or by performing on the spot facial application
• Ensure successful implementation of new product launch and execute set guidelines. Report timely any discrepancy to manager
• Conduct post sales follow-up (call customers to ensure satisfactory result after use of product) and any promotional calls to customers (call to inform about promotion and schedule make-up/skin care appointments)

On Competition
• Monitor and stay up to date with competition activities and provide ongoing feedback to manager regarding competition initiatives, new launched products

On Customer Satisfaction
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the marketed products in charge of
• Ensure excellent customer service:
a. Present the product to consumers and provide correct information and advice
b. Discuss beauty regimes with customers in order to understand their skin care problems and offer appropriate product solutions
c. Create personalized daily beauty routines that meet clients’ needs that include skin care and makeup products from Shiseido
d. Courteously inform consumers about Out-of-Stock products and assist with substitutes when applicable
e. Verify that invoiced product quantity and price are correct
f. Abide by invoicing procedure of assigned POS
• Offer free samples of products and help customers with cosmetic testers
• Provide recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales and retention tools
• Maintain distinguished relations with POS owner and staff

On Stock Management
• Secure adequate storage, shelving & visibility in POS:
a. Stand tidiness to be respected at all times
b. Stand decoration (visuals to be updated, product of the month) to be optimize
c. Implement planogram /POSM
d. Optimizes stock management and ensure healthy stock levels:
e. Receive on validation accuracy of incoming items to replenish stock level
f. Deplete old or slow-moving references
• Focus on inventory as per the schedule set and ensure that inventory information on system is in accordance with quantities available

On database Management & Training
• Build business relationships by recording customers’ contact information
• Update the POS clients’ database that was built
• Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives
• Participate in all company trainings (technical, sales and marketing)
• Perform any other duties assigned by manager

On Reporting
• Provide ongoing feedback to the Business Manager regarding store activities, to keep everything monitored and take immediate actions when necessary

Makeup or Beautician diploma
Experience in sales of minimum 1 year
