Description


We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Service Manager to join our team.

Responsiblities :
Having a deep understanding of all major appliances and fixing problems quickly. In addition, they should be familiar with diagnostic techniques for pinpointing what could be causing an issue and have excellent problem-solving skills to fix all issues promptly.
Ability to supervise over 30 Technicians.
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to diagnose and fix issues with major home appliances.

Responsibilities
Assigns Technicians to Visit clients’ homes and identify problems with their appliances
Assigns a technician to disassemble and reassemble appliances
Assings Technician to diagnose and replace faulty parts

Assigns Technicians to do repairs in client premises
Bill customers and collect payments as needed
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Service Manager.

Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
5 -10 years experience is required
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer is required
