• Plan and manage e-commerce P&L, budget, and forecast on top of the marketing budget.
• Create frameworks that transform the social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Manage and develop e-commerce marketing and sales strategies in coordination with the Business/Brand Managers.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for business growth.
• Oversee and execute strategic site AB tests to improve KPIs, revenue, and overall customer experience.
• Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth.
• Monitor competitive landscape and site benchmarks.
• Draft the marketing plan for the full calendar year in line with the brand- marketing calendar.
