The Reception Supervisor will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors. She will oversee the reception area and work, guide clients to various areas of the showroom, understand client's needs and direct them to the right person.

Position Location: Doha, Qatar

Reporting to: Branch Manager
Supervising: 2

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Courteously and accurately answer inquiries from customers.
• Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries about services provided, pricing and customers’ cars status and progress.
• Use suggestive welcoming and selling techniques to help the sales team and advisors grow the sales and increase customers’ satisfaction.
• Direct customers to the right advisor after checking and understanding their preferences and special requests.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
• Operate the DMS system including assisting incoming & outgoing calls, follow up and car checking operations.
• Supervise the operations of the reception to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments especially workshop, sales and administration.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the daily reception process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Cross Check all billing and warranty instructions are correctly updated.
• Control cash / card transactions at the front desk and maintain complete responsibility for all invoices and warranties given to the customers.
• Promote a harmonious and professional atmosphere and maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perfect English and Arabic (a Must).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• A well-maintained physical appearance.
• Excellent physical stamina.
