1-Make new sales, presentations and quotations
2- Meet regular sales targets.
3-Professionally handle incoming requests from customers
4-Properly identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
5-Provide accurate, valid and complete information to clients
6-Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure that issues requiring interventions by others are properly resolved
7-Accurately document customer interactions
8-Reflect a positive and reliable image of the company and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
9-Initiate and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys; compile and generate reports to upper management
10-Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
12-Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
13-Proficiency in English
14-Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
15-Fast learner and passion for sales
16-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
17-Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
18-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
19-actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
20-set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
21-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
22-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
23-Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
24-Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
25-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
26-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
27-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
