o Conduct store tour and check table set up, table de service, bar, pass area, bread area, dishwasher area, back area, valet to ensure readiness for the shifts.
o Ensure restaurant mood is as per standard (lighting, music, live entertainment…)
o Ensure restaurant accessories (i.e. Carpets, artificial flowers, furniture and fixtures…) are all in well-shape and clean.
o Report and communicate to Restaurant Manager everything that happens in the restaurant.
