Assist the Nursery operation manager in daily tasks: interacts with parents, ensures children’s daily presence and makes sure that children leave with an authorized adult.

• Process children’s applications and keep all records, especially emergency contact information up to date and store on digital platform
• Handle phone calls and emails from parents and professionals about nursery information or a specific child’s well-being
• Complete administrative tasks, such as copying, faxing, filing paperwork, accepting and distributing mail and ordering supplies
• Remain aware of schedules and whereabouts of all office personnel
• Ensure the communication of pertinent calendar information to all staff via memos, emails or other means, if necessary
• Check and fill copier, fax and printer with paper daily, and respond to problems with office equipment when necessary
• File forms as needed by the nursery manager
• Compose memos, reminders and letters to parents and staff on behalf of the manager
• Send on daily basis to parents the child information on phone App
• Perform any additional duties as required or assigned by the manager
• Ensure proper daily Ad Hoc communication with nursery manager
• Hand out class supplies to teachers according to need
• Get quotations from suppliers and submit them to management
• Update inventory on a monthly basis and liaise with accounting
• Keep the phone app information updated
• Get payments from parents, issue payment receipts, issue and distribute invoices and receipts to parents
• Distribute various physical mails to the appropriate receiver within the company
