We are looking for

Line Manager (Pharmacies)

covering all lebanon Pharmacies with a team of Sales Representatives


- A licensed degree in pharmacy -or any relevant sector (Biochemistry-Biology-Chemistry..) –as well as any Business background with Years of experience in medical and pharmacies sales

- Decision maker , problem solver and able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiency

- Goal oriented, organized team player

- Self-motivated and self-directed.

- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills specifically door to door with pharmacies and wholesalers

- Eager to expand the company with new sales, Pharmacies, clients..

- Excellent communication skills & time management skills.

- Prior experience in Sales Supervision for a team diversified in all Lebanon area (minimum 2 years of experience in leading people )

Job description:

- Setting Target related to Sales Representative and follow up the achievement of total products portfolio for both OTC and prescribed items

- Setting clear communication with Medical Representatives and Sales Representatives

- Achieving Lebanon target in each product

- Manage the team and provide consultation in leading by example

- Coaching, leading , & developing employees.

- Follow up by double visit any complains –invoices-out of stock-in stock-orders with company and out with pharmacies

- Reporting feedbacks to management with competition market dynamics as well as suggestions and action plan to boost sales

- Coaching Sales representative/ by skill to enhance performance and target achievement

- Cross functional coordination directly with internal departments to focus on problem solving and target achievement

- Seeking new opportunities of investment to boost business performance and following P&L related to company

- Following up the Sales Report and applying the sales analysis as to be shared to sales Representatives and Management on weekly basis.
