An Accountant is responsible for preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling accounting transactions, statements, records, and reports.
Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes;
Monitors and supports taxation requirements;
. Develops and maintains accounting databases;
Oversees accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses;
Reconciles different bank accounts;
. Verifies and audits expenses reports;
Prepares salaries sheet for employees and engineers;
Prepares salaries sheet for daily workers;
Prepares agreements and receipts for subcontractors and engineers;
Verifies the accuracy of invoices and posting transactions to journals;
Files documents and creates subject files;
Enters data into computer system;
Prepares payments for suppliers;
Prepares payments for subcontractors;
Contacts suppliers to update their statements.
19. Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Accounting Programs
