The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office, by filtering and summarizing information insuring a clear and concise transmission to the Managing Partner.
She will directly report to the Managing Partner on all business aspects including appointments, trips arrangements and daily relationship with third parties (suppliers, travel agents, bank…).

Responsibilities: -

• Perform any duties assigned by the management as per the business needs
• Preparing emails, letters, presentations, minutes of meetings and reports
• Arranging appointments and scheduling meetings and calendar for the MP
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the MP
• Complete arrangements of visas, invitation letters, accommodation arrangements, business trip schedules,
• Coordinate with travel agencies to find the best airline tickets deals
• Manage all duties with full confidentiality and professionalism
• Maintain a well-organized filing system with soft/hard copy filing system
• Coordinate with Baghdad team for following up on different business aspects: market visits, personal/office purchases and any office/home maintenance related
• Any other assigned tasks related to managing the daily routine activities of Managing Partner’s office

Requirements and skills: --

• bachelor's degree in business management
• 5-7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant administrative assistant or office manager
• English, Arabic and French Language
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• High level of confidentiality and privacy respect across the offices and externally
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Willing to relocate in Iraq or already residing in the country
