Job Responsibilities

- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance at all times.
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of the restaurant
- Monitor and report financials as appropriate
- Create and/or monitor budgets
- Implement policies and procedures
- Interact positively with customers
- Ensure that all quality profit standards are met
- Monitor and validate essential restaurant operations systems
- Analyze monthly reports and take action accordingly
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the restaurant

Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Hospitality is required.
- A minimum of 3 years as Restaurant Manager.
- Personal grooming and hygiene etiquette are a must
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Advanced Arabic and English; reading and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
