Customer Service Representative Requirements:
-Bachelors or High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
-Comfortable using computers.
-proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe
