Manage phone calls received at the call center and communicate the corresponding orders effectively for purpose of delivering on time.
Provide adequate information to customers over the phone regarding food product enquiries;
Assist customers in their choice based on extensive product and knowledge;
Complete the right information of a customer’s address to ensure an efficient delivery process;
Perform up-selling and cross-selling techniques based on menu knowledge and clients’ needs;
Provide full reports about customer’s feedback and needs and carry out a call back process on a regular basis;
Build up a complete database of delivery center’s clientele through collection of right information and customer’s preferences;
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
