Description


• Follow up on clients' requests from the hotline, emails, mobile application, systems and calls coordinating accordingly until completion
• Divert each client to the recommended service based on the latter’s exact needs’
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
• Generate sales leads and results
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Upsell services and products
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
• Know our services / products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports
• Have some Marketing love & Positive Attitude
• Other duties as assigned
