We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our team at a boutique hotel in Naas-Bikfaya, Lebanon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and creative Lebanese, Italian, and French dishes for our guests.

They will work closely with the hotel management and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and in a timely manner.

The position offers a salary of $1000 as a fresh payment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a wide variety of Lebanese, Italian, and French dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Work closely with the hotel management to develop new menus and specials that reflect the hotel's unique dining experience.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during meal periods.
• Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Managing and training kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Proven experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese, Italian, and French cuisine.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals.
• Culinary degree or related certification is a plus.
