We are seeking a Creative Director to become part of our dynamic team. In this exciting, diverse role, you will support our team who is based in Beirut.
General skills required
Language: A high level English and Arabic is essential (reading, writing and speaking). French is a plus.
Education: A degree is essential in graphic design, marketing, communication, journalism or any other equivalent qualifications will be considered.
Technical skills and abilities
• A minimum of eight years of expertise with digital tools, preferably with online, social, and emerging technologies.
• A thorough understanding of copy, design, and web standards.
• Superb interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Possess in-depth understanding of multichannel marketing models and brand building.
• Must be able to think creatively and strategically.
Specific responsibilities
We are seeking versatile candidates who can:
• Collaborate with the brand team to develop fresh concepts for brand positioning, advertising strategies, and marketing communications.
• Review new data, evaluate trends, and remain current with marketing strategies.
• Ensure that we are responding to clients’ inquiries in a timely and competent manner.
• Put together and carry out specialized marketing strategies based on the needs of each customer.
• Lead creative workshops and brainstorming meetings.
• Establish protocols and brand standards to make sure all items are in line with the brand.
• Oversee the daily operations of the department, allocate project workloads, and keep an eye on budgets and deadlines.
• Create excellent and well-prepared drafts that satisfies CEO’s needs.
