We are looking for a Property Manager whose role will be:
1- Property Administration
- Monitor and update the request form.
- Follow-up on maintenance and cleaning works.
- Monitor the schedule of technicians, guards, and cleaning staff.
- Follow up subcontractors’ Obligations.
- Approve all subcontractors’ job reports.
- Track the fuel, water, and Gaz consumption.
- Track the Electricity consumption.
- Check and approve invoices.
2- General assembly Management:
- Apply the general assembly timetable.
- Prepare the budget.
- Perform and Manage a General assembly.
- Conduct meetings with the president and committee members.
3- Procurement
- Prepare quotations and technical offers related to the projects.
- Fill and communicate the comparison table for offers.
Requirements:
Good command of French is a must

Rigorous Follow up and detail-oriented
Advanced organization skills
Preferable Education Business Management or Hospitality Management with a minimum of 5 years previous experience
