Key Accountabilities
• Plan and manage e-commerce P&L, budget, and forecast on top of the marketing budget.
• Manage and develop e-commerce marketing and sales strategies in coordination with the Business/Brand Managers.
• Lead the implementation of new strategies and new partner relationships to increase online reach.
• Draft the marketing plan for the full calendar year in line with the brand-marketing calendar.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for business growth.
• Maintain good market intelligence and monitor market trends in the e-commerce industry to foresee potential trends shifts or new business opportunities.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Monthly reporting on social media platforms.
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Examining sales related metrics to inform restocks.
• Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies
•Managing multiple Shopify stores, from importing to products to launching Digital Ad campaigns
•Manage and direct website technical structure, design and aesthetics, content, navigation, branding and marketing, performance, and functionality.
•Oversee technical specifications, infrastructure and integrations

Qualifications Required (degree, years of experience, technical and soft skills, certificates, languages, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce
• Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
