JOB PURPOSE
Develop, implement and monitor strategic and tactical marketing programs & initiatives that will result in achieving outstanding brand & sales performance (quantitative & qualitative targets)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Ensuring proper product/brand positioning among competitors, while elaborating/implementing creative strategic plans to achieve set targets
2- Assist in the development of mid and long term marketing strategies for the company brands/products
3- Develop & implement new products' pre- and post-launching plans (Price positioning, target, launching event & initiatives development..)
4- Provide recommendations on promotional plans to the Marketing Manager and come up with creative ideas to deplete slow moving items
5- Follow-up on the implementation of all marketing initiatives
6- Conduct market visits when needed; ensure that marketing initiatives are properly implemented and that brands penetration/visibility is in accordance with set strategy
7- Keep the management proactively informed with respect to competition market situation
8- Train & coach the sales team staff on product portfolio, principal culture, marketing strategies & initiatives to achieve set objectives
9- Take responsibility of Net Sales, Gross-Margin, Receivables & Stock ratios on monthly basis, and suggest corrective measures accordingly to increase sales/efficiency to route to market and decrease cost (unnecessary bonuses/discounts..)
10- Assist the Marketing & Business Managers in the monthly stock/order management & processing
11- Support the Marketing Manager in submitting monthly executive reports
12- Support the Marketing Manager in submitting annual departmental Business Plan
13- Participate in the development of the unit procedures
Experience
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relative
