1- Responsible for managing Comaline's E-commerce store and its activities from planning to execution
2- Responsible for enhancing Cosmaline's brand awareness through digital channels in all relevant markets

1- Reach Malia's online store daily and monthly KPIs
2- Plan and ensure proper and on-time execution of online marketing activities (ads, social media posts, emailers, SMS…)
3- Learn about target audiences preferences and how to best cater to their needs (conduct surveys and analyze interaction outcomes). Analyze interactions with past, current and potential customers to improve business relationships focusing on customer retention and sales growth prospect
4- Track and measure all web analytics metrics. Work on growing traffic on Cosmaline’s website by increasing visibility on search engines through SEO rankings organically and through digital ads
5- With the support of the brand team, set and continuously update the replies to the FAQ in English/Arabic/Lebanese and train the online consultant team on delivering a great customer service through needed trainings depending on evaluation
6- Ensure continuously comprehensive and timely SKU listing as well as accurate pricing and stock availability
7- Assess and analyze the return of the online marketing budget and make appropriate adjustments that improve revenue generation
8- Supervise and monitor the tasks of the content specialist and its relative insights to ensure it is aligned with digital initiatives
9- Set and execute the monthly promotional calendar in collaboration with third parties
10- Set and execute the daily deals/flash sales in collaboration with brand teams to ensure a healthy daily traffic and purchase rates
11- Detect and deal timely with online fraud while taking appropriate measures to prevent reoccurrence
12- Identify online trends and gather consumer insights to enhance the online store features and shopping experience
13- In charge of allocating needed compensation to unhappy shoppers in line with policy & procedure. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints
14- Build a network of influencers who will help promote the page organically and inorganically
15- Contribute proactively with the Talent Acquisition Team in filling vacancies timely. Design/update related JD and on-boarding programs and ensure their proper understanding & implementation. Ensure an optimized structure in line with business priorities and performance
16- Provide direct reports with needed resources/tools and guidance to fulfil their role properly and set their training needs and development plan in coordination with L&DM. Celebrate achievements, highlight people with potential to offer them perspective for growth
17- Set direct reports annual Business Goals and required competencies and conduct quarterly feedback sessions to appraise their performance. Monitor continuously direct report productivity and take corrective actions in due time. Issue misconducts and enroll under-performers in related program
18- Promote the Group's culture, encourage loyalty, trust, a healthy working environment and teamwork. Personalize the motivational approach, empower and inspire the team to reach greatness
19- Submit a monthly executive report to management and brand team (performance of all digital/online marketing campaigns v/s expectations, ROI, learnings and recommendations)
