Responsible for the proper functioning, coordination and supervision of the office by managing all the administrative management of the various services/ departments.
•Reviewing and planning ways to streamline administrative processes by implementing new software’s.
•Assisting in hiring, training, and assigning duties to administrative staff.
•Managing administrative budget (Budget tracking).
•Keeping track of inventory supplies and placing fresh orders when required- responsible for office purchasing.
•Planning and scheduling meetings, office events, and international travel.
•Supervising office maintenance and renovation activities.
•Maintaining and updating an online and offline records of all important data.
•Management of the assistantship of the Administration director.
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or relative field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
-Good command of English
