Your missions as a Quality Assurance Analyst!
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your main role will be to test all functional, design and technical aspects of the application's functionality. You will design and implement the various tests (unit, functional and automated) to validate the proper functioning of our tool.
You will work with the Product Owner and the developers to identify non-conformities that need to be communicated to the people in charge of dealing with them, and then you will follow up on their resolution in order to validate the delivery to our customers.
In more detail, you:
- are responsible for automated and manual tests. You ensure the relevance of their development, and you follow up on their quality.
- Work under the responsibility of the Product Owner to help develop acceptance criteria for new features.
- Define and document acceptance criteria for new projects, using test management tools such as TestRail.
- Support the Product Owner in modifying or improving User Stories on JIRA.
- Test new functionality (e.g. PIM and digital solutions) and give feedback to the Product Owner.
- Work closely with developers to improve the quality of deliverables by considering functional, design and technical aspects.
- Define and develop automated tests via Katalon.
- Work with the Product Owner to monitor the use of new features after their deployment in production, using the metrics defined during the analysis phase.
- Support the Product Owner in communicating with the different departments of the company.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or another field.
- 2+ years of experience in the field of quality assurance.
- Experience in automated and manual testing is essential.
- Knowledge of one or more development languages (e.g. Java or JavaScript).
- Attention to detail in the use of quality assurance systems, tools and processes, and the ability to complete assigned projects successfully.
- Strong critical problem-solving skills and good communication skills to explain your ideas.
- Good writing skills in order to write the necessary documentation.
- A team player with a strong desire to create a positive and dynamic working environment.
- Bilingual/proficient English. If you speak French, this is a plus.

You will work full time, Monday through Friday and have one day remotely per week.
A corporate bonus is paid at the end of each year, after 6 months of seniority in the company.

The position is based in Beirut. This is a permanent contract.
