-Ensure compliance with patient identification documents (identity card, insurance card and its validity, the insurance company or the organization that covers it).
-Send faxes to insurance companies for approval of coverage.
-Assure a quick register admission service for the patient and coordinate his discharge from emergency department.
-Monitor and collect deposit from patient in the night & morning before opening of main admission.
-Develop and maintain effective office systems including electronic mail, filing photocopying ,faxing and typing duties as required.
-Input all data accurately into the hospital systems to create account and ensure that all relevant paper work and supporting documents are completed to the highest standards.
