Job Purpose
- Responsible for the application implementation and for providing first and second level support to ensure customer satisfaction

Duties & Responsibilities
On Application Implementation
- Coordinate with the company’s Lead Implementation Manager in order to set a clear action plan with all the tasks and deliverables
- Perform a clear risk management to prevent any delay and ensure deadlines are met
- Abide by the company’s Implementation Standards
- Follow up internally with the technical and QA team on the requested customizations
- Actively follow up with customers and technical team on every milestone
- Build the needed data integration with a third party application
- Test the software product to make sure all deliverables are done as per set requirements
- Train users on the delivered application
- Receive technical issues requests from customers and check its achievability.
- Follow up with the customer in order to get the signature of the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
On Application Business Knowledge
- Play key role with the business analyst team in gathering requirements
- Respond and treat customers' requests swiftly and provide needed support
On Product Ownership
- Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the application process and customers' requirements
- Provide first and second level support and coordinate with users/customers whenever required to fix complex errors and bugs
- Master and monitor implementation techniques to ensure results are satisfactory
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Experience
- Fresh grad or up to 1 year of previous related experience
