Personal Assistant for Chairman (FOR GROUP OF HOTELS LOCATED IN ALEXANDRAI, EGYPT)
This Vacancy is located in Alexandria, Egypt.
For Non-Residents in Alexandria, We Provide Guest room For Accommodation Full Board.
We Provide Medical Insurance
A personal Assistant or Personal Executive for Chairman; their main Duties includes:
Schedule Meetings and Manage Calendars
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Run Errands as Requested
Plan Travel, Including Flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Coordinates events and speaking engagements.
Draft correspondence such as Emails and letters
Travel With Chairman on Business trips
Research For Investments
Skills
Required Qualification:
Proven Work Experience as A personal Assistant
Knowledge of office Management systems and procedures
MS Office and English or French Proficiency and other Language
Outstanding organizational and time Management Skills
Up to Date with the latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and Prioritize Daily Workload
Excellent verbal and written communications Skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School Degree
Bachelor's degree or PA Diploma Would Be considered an Advantage.
MS Office and English or French Proficiency and other Language
Outstanding organizational and time Management Skills
