- Prepares meals under the supervision of the Chef.
- Prepares breakfast (preparation of milk, tea, anis).
- Supervises the breakfast meal.
Helps other kitchen personnel in case needed (overload absence…)
Prepares raw ingredients (grinding and chopping meat, cutting vegetables…) for the Chef.
- Prepares desserts according to the menu.
Assists the Chef in serving and portioning meals to patient during the three meals set by the hospital.
-Responsible for the cleanliness and proper use of detergents by the food workers.
