Main Purpose of Job:
1. Ensure the full compliancy of the Engineering in both factories
2. Minimization of Breakdown of the machinery by increasing the preventive maintenance.
3. Follow up to Implement preventive maintenance programs
4. Implement the NCE throughout the maintenance organization
5. Follow up the CAPEX project in both sites
6. Cooperate with the SHE team to ensure a full compliancy of the machinery safety standard
7. Work to establish a skill matrix for the maintenance team
8. Implement the training plan of the maintenance team
9. Follow up the energy consumption and establish the necessary project to reduce it.
Key Outputs:
Cooperation with the production team: Cooperate with the production/maintenance team for the preventive
Achieve the Engineering compliancy in both sites OTIF : Work to achieve the Engineering compliancy of both sites and follow up to have a sustainable compliancy
Implementation of maintenance NCE ( SHO, OMP etc )
Work and cooperate for the FI implementation : ( Operational reviews – Problem solving etc ..)
MPCS implementation and follow up
Project follow up
Key Experiences:
Academic Experience:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
Operational Experience:
- 2 and plus : years in technical field
- Planning experience is a plus.
- Project management is a plus
Other Personal Qualities :
1. Leadership and people development skills.
2. English language and preferably local language written and spoken.
3. Able to work under pressure and yet stay calm in times of crises.
