Profile:
• Results oriented, with ability-to / track-record to achieve sales goals and targets
• Exposure to Strategy & Business Development with proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Proven track record of closing Cybersecurity or IT deals preferably in the Africa
• Experience in handling large accounts in the government, financial and telecom sectors
• Both a sales and technical background / ability to articulate Cybersecurity offering to C-level and executives within large enterprise accounts
• Previous experience in Africa or Nigeria is preferable
• Existing network of contacts preferable
Education & Experience:
• Computer Engineer or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT
• 8 to 10 years of Business Development (or sales) experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in Cybersecurity
• Strong domain knowledge of IT security and Cybersecurity technologies and their applications preferably in areas below:
o Managed Security Services (MSSP)
o Security Operations Center (SOC)
o Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
o Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
o Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS)
• Knowledge of latest Cybersecurity solutions, products, vendors, industry regulations
• Computer literate (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Languages: English and French
