We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our pharmacy line sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the pharmacy line, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the pharmacy line.
• Manage, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and tools required to achieve their goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy customers, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management on product development and pricing strategies.
• Analyze sales data and develop reports to track performance against targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure sales objectives are aligned with company goals.
• Attend conferences and events to promote the pharmacy line and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the pharmacy line.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop sales reports.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
