• Assist in monitoring and updating existing operation procedure
• Record and analyze statistical data and recommend modifications, or suggest new standards, methods, and procedures
• Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of food presented and beach setup for compliance
• Perform daily checks on all the resort
• Perform random spot checks weekly (routine inspections)
• Maintain a regular “floor presence” as an auditor of quality throughout the day
• Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food and safety requirements
• Manages & trains front desk, floor team, and all other team members to ensure quality performance on a daily basis
• Conduct weekly meetings with Operation Managers to evaluate and set the WIP
• Maintain Company standards of cleanliness, efficiency and image of Brand
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Control Towels waste on a weekly basis (Inventory to be done every Monday)
• Control Uniform waste on a monthly basis
• Make sure that Music played in the resort is as per resort playlist and mood
• Count guests every day at 2:30pm and match with Front Office and report discrepancy to Management
• Assist Front Office and Floor when needed
• Checking the WIFI several times in all the areas of the resorts
