Our company ( Mount Lebanon) is seeking an experienced and dynamic factory manager to oversee our production facility. The factory manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and products are produced to high-quality standards
Managing inventory levels and ordering materials and supplies as needed
Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Ensuring that safety protocols are followed and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
Managing employee schedules, training, and development
Reporting regularly to senior management on production metrics and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of production planning and scheduling software
Understanding of safety protocols and regulations"
