POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Executive performs a variety of tasks related to customer order activity, he is responsible for managing and supporting several business areas within Order Management related to his assigned market(s).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•The Supply Chain Executive has responsibility for managing customer order activity through the order fulfillment cycle.
•Manage and resolve external & internal queries related to quote/order status.
•Communicate with different suppliers to quote customers’ orders.
•Following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
•Responsible for verifying and follow up on all pending orders (approved and under approval).
•Required to work with various departments and levels of management to resolve customer issues.
•Is responsible for inventory control.
•Reconcile all invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documents and timely submit all invoices for payment
•Coordinating shipping details with suppliers when needed.
•Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
•A relevant Degree in the fields of Accounting and Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Economics or equivalent.
•Minimum 3 years of previous experience in the same field.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
•Very good verbal and written communication skills.
•Requires independent analysis, decision-making skills and using prior experience and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems.
•Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
•Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
•Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
