Job description:
• Oversee daily operations of the organization, including production, logistics, and customer service
• Lead the recruitment of staff as per the agreed manpower budget
• Manage scheduling of staff
• Carry out annual performance reviews on each team member in order to manage and motivate individuals as well as providing clear direction and support
• Liaise with stores and department stores regarding the supply of stock
• Ensure that stock levels are reviewed, and stock replenishment is carried out in timely manner across all store locations
• Lead the opening of new stores to ensure store readiness for opening in line with brand guidelines
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor adherence to required standards across all aspects of store operations
• Monitor and track sales targets by store / individual sales assistant to track stores performance
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
• Oversee materials and inventory in the warehouse
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
