Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing multimedia content, particularly learning objects, for our learning management system. The ideal candidate will have experience with SCORM and Adobe Captivate, as well as digital animation, and will be able to set up and maintain our learning management system.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop multimedia content, particularly learning objects, for our learning management system.
• Work with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Develop multimedia materials that align with learning objectives and support a variety of learning styles.
• Use Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging learning content.
• Use digital animation tools to create engaging and visually appealing multimedia content.
• Set up and maintain the learning management system, ensuring that content is up-to-date and accessible to learners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to multimedia content and the learning management system.
• Stay up-to-date with new developments in multimedia design and technology.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing multimedia content, particularly learning objects.
• Strong experience with Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with SCORM and setting up learning management systems.
• Experience with digital animation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia content and the learning management system.
