A family size restaurant is looking for a full time Assistant manager for its branch in Achrafieh.
Candidate should have distinguished communication skills, must be responsible, tidy & eager to learn & grow in a growing family business. Minimal french language proficiency is a MUST
Candidate will be responsible for
- POS & phone operations,
- Coordinate the flow between the kitchen & dining area
- Support clients & process delivery & takeaway operations
- Welcome & greet clients
- Liaise with executive chef on supplies
- Liaise with head waiter on reservations
- Prepare dispatching for orders
- Report on a daily basis to owner
- Make sure operations are running smoothly between the different sections
- Take & feedback from clients
- contact suppliers when & if needed
- coordinate supplies with head chef
- assist waiter if needed
