The Role:
• Developing and managing the marketing plan and calendar for the year in alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives
• Ensuring the plan implementation with the support of the marketing and communications team that you will be leading and supervising
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
• Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data
• Analyze all data insights generating by all marketing channels and translate the insights into actionable tasks
• Prepare the marketing budget and resources allocation
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Managing company social media accounts, including social media calendar
• Managing and planning activations related to social media events and targets
• Coordinating and planning events related activities and related coordination with concerned team
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
• Ongoing marketing and seasonal/event-related marketing activations, various activities, and promotions.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Proactively collaborate across business units and departments to plan and deliver key marketing campaigns
Qualifications
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Creative Field
• 6+ years of experience in retail or brand management or f&b
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing, social media and e-commerce
