General Paint is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator/Invoicing Clerk to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory procedures, invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor relations.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with database systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, at a minimum).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of office ethics.
• Knowledge of PIMS (Project Information Management System) is a significant advantage.
