We are a Real estate company based in Dubai, looking for Tele sales agents for our Call center in Jdeideh:
- Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
- Conduct cold calls, answer requests and follow up with new/existing clients.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product provided by the company.
- Collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- Develop strong, affirming listening and presentational skills.
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree
- Can read/Speak English fluently. French is a plus.
- Should also be a good listener and be able to read a person's mood and intention.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Proven experience working as a tele sales.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
