We are seeking a highly creative and strategic content creator with social media knowledge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media content, videos, podcasts, etc.) that aligns with the brand's voice and tone, and that resonates with the target audience
- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit and proofread content to ensure that it is error-free, and that it meets the brand's standards for quality and style
- Manage content distribution across multiple channels, including social media, email, and other digital platforms
- Create and curate engaging content (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics, blog posts, etc.) that aligns with the brand's voice and tone and resonates with the target audience
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, commenting, and monitoring and responding to user feedback
- Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure maximum engagement and reach
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, PR, sales, etc.) to create and execute cross-functional campaigns that align with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and trends, and make recommendations for new approaches and strategies
- Report on social media metrics and ROI to senior management and make recommendations for improvement

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, radio and tv, or cinematography
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write for different target audiences and adapt to different brand voices
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for social media and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Mobile or camera photography and videography skills is a plus
