Job Overview:

RAY Labs is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects. The candidate will be in charge of the sales cycle from the onset to the closing stage. He / She will conduct market research, identify potential customers for selling our digitized products related to property, facility, and community management.
In a nutshell, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying sales leads, negotiating deals, and growing and maintaining existing client relationships.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new selling points and generate new business leads
• Reach out to potential customers, understand their needs and provide RAY Labs products as a solution
• Achieve set sales goals and develop strategies to meet these goals in the market
• Build long term excellent working relationships with customers
• Build and maintain a professional network
• Handle non-technical customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Participate on behalf of RAY Labs in sales exhibitions that might happen.
• Maintain all information about customers, including contact information, call reports, documents accurately and timely in the database
• Prepare proposals and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close deals with customers
• Establish strong knowledge of the different solutions offered by RAY Labs
• Provide sales presentations about the various products of RAY Labs
• Stay current with trends and competition to identify improvements or recommend new products needed by the market.
• Collect product feedback, present ideas and improvements to the Development Team
• Submit monthly sales reports to management


• A Bachelor degree in business or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales / business development – preference to expertise in selling a software-as-a-service solution
• Experience in the GCC market is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
• People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills
• Adherence to highest standards of integrity and professionalism
• Passion for finding and selling to new customers
• Great understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations
• Possess a determination to meet and exceed sales goals and retain a track record of success in closing sales
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
• Excellent commands in both Arabic and English
• Great understanding in negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
