Working Hours: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

Working Days: 6 days per week

What You Will Be Doing:

Following day to day operations and coordinating with Store Manager
Work closely with the team on daily tasks, and report to concerned supervisor and ensure daily work coordination
Work closely with the cashier and Store Manager regarding cash transactions, petty cash and other financial matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly way and ensure the high standards of customer service
Communicate sales target with the team and review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
Ensure proper display of the products that match with the brand guidelines
Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
Report occurring operational issues and handle customer complaints in a timely manner
Assign routine and non-routine tasks and assist in schedule preparation of the team
Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary training in order to optimize sales results
Act as our brand representative and set an example for our team
Perform any other relevant task

What You'll Need as Qualifications and Requirements to Succeed:

Minimum of a High School diploma
Experience: 4-5 years of experience
Languages: Arabic, English
IT Skills: Excel / word
Characteristics: Detail oriented, well organized, sociable, leadership skills, communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
Authorities: -Weekly schedule.
