Arranges appointments and efficient handling of telephone calls for the General Manager.
2 Attends Department Heads Meeting/Other Strategic Meetings/producing minutes/distribution.
3 Maintains trace/recall file for all relevant issues.
4 Updates both General Manager’s and personal diaries.
Follow-ups/prepares invitations and organising General Manager’s luncheons/other functions.
6 Maintains at all times an up-to-date and easily accessible filling system.
7 All forms of secretarial duties including self-correspondence
8 Maintains adequate stock of office supplies.
