Sales Manager Officer duties:
1. Helps develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability
2. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
3. Maintains healthy receivables
4. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
5. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
6. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
8. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
9. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
10. Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance
11. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by him/her and Account Executives
12. Makes and conducts proposal presentations
13. Assists Sales Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations
14. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
15. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
16. Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
17. Sets examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
18. Maintains contact with all key opinion leaders in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
19. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
1. More than three years’ sales experience in healthcare field.
2. With Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or any related field.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
4. Strong customer management and leadership skills
5. Good negotiation skills
6. Fluent in English and French (Speaking, Writing and reading).
