Description


Educational Qualification & Technical Experience:

 Minimum qualification: Degree BaC+3 in Electrical/Electronic/Telematics Engineering with a minimum experience of three years.
 Professional training in automotive industry would be an added advantage.
 Electrical implementations, scanning and fault diagnosing.
 Electrical car wiring is a plus
 Mobile Digital video recorders installation & commissioning in vehicles.
 GPS installation and understanding of best practices followed in the IOT industry.
 Hands-on experience installation of GPS, integration of advanced telematics and IOT based solutions.
 Hands-on Fuel level sensor and accessories (Panic Button, Block Engine … )
 Good Knowledge of MS-word, excel, power-point etc.

Skills Required:

 The candidate should be abreast with new & advanced automotive technologies, to know the telematics market, customer and competitors’ solutions.
 Must be an initiative taker, technology enthusiast and innovative.
 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outputs with a customer centric focus.
 Having team player quality.
 Must be result driven, without compromising on details, quality and safety.
 Must have good verbal and written communication skills French and English including ability to effectively communicate, internally and externally.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Execute accurately all organization initiatives, policies plus procedures to improve quality, operations and service.
2. Be a go to person for anything related to technical features for both hardware and software, analyse technical trends/innovations as per industry need of client’s requirement, identify risks in technical improvisations or integration challenges etc.
3. Build and oversee a good technical talent for installation, report generation, trouble shooting, tech support.
4. Delegate work and supervise teams to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
5. Handle technical queries & troubleshoot within prescribed TAT.
6. Provide product related trainings to internal team-members.
