- Resolve problems between employees
- Set targets for the team and follow up on achievements
- Conduct training for employees frequently
- Report the attendance, absence, and employee issue to the HR department
- Suggest ideas and new products for the bakery and the snack section
- Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate with customer services to resolve queries.
- Ensure that employees provide the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Participate in staffing and building a productive and successful sales team
- Ensure that the Showroom and all displays are always neat, tidy, and full
- Ensure good coordination with the Quality Department and the Quality Team.
- Check if any tool or equipment needs maintenance and contact the concerned party
- Be responsible for shelf stacking
- Participate in the evaluation of the showroom organization structure and highlight any risk that can affect the team’s performance
- Identify the development needs of the team and coordinate relevant training and coaching sessions
