• Working on Access Program by entering data related to the daily maintenance submitted by the technicians.
• Scanning day by day service reports.
• Follow up monthly on the maintenance reports.
• Support the after sales and maintenance team by answering phone calls and taking notes when needed.
• Daily checking the schedule report of the technicians.
• Assisting, helping and greeting customers when needed.
• Supporting and assisting the receptionist by answering the phone when needed.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
• Familiarity with office procedures.
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions and work under stress.
• Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent experience plus 2 years of related field.
• High computer skills
• English and Arabic literate
