Looking for a Senior HR Officer, for a permanent job in a company located in Ghazir.

His/her responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices.
• Update and maintain the employee handbook, policies, and procedures manuals.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external HR regulations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
• Monitor market trends to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to senior management as required.
• Check Daily Attendance Reports provided.
• Check Punching Machine Data.
• Audit Attendance Reports and investigate in Over Time (OT) cases.
• Handle the payroll.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction field
• In-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
