Duties and responsibilities
• Sell Softimpact’s services to existing and new clients.
• Create sales opportunities by identifying and generating new leads.
• Exceed sales targets and help the company to achieve its revenue and non-revenue based targets.
• Exceed all other metric targets such as meetings, calls and tender responses.
• Plan and carry out sales campaigns to develop new sales opportunity leads by using telesales and other marketing media.
• Organize sales visits
• Demonstrate/present products
• Establish new business
• Maintain accurate records
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Review sales performance
• Negotiate contracts
• Issue Offers, quotations and RFP’s
• Business Development:
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Qualifications include:
• Motorized with a full driving license

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Specialized knowledge:
• Experience of selling professional services.
• Proven success in winning business via competitive tender
• Proven success within a consultative sales environment
• Networking skills
• Self-diary management and appointment booking

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• IT skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages
• Reporting skills

• Able to reach set Targets.
• Abel to identify and generate leads.
