Job Purpose:
Maintain the installation, maintenance and repair of plant machinery. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
Job Duties
Maintenance Activities
•Provide primary supervision to the maintenance team routine work.
•Maintain and organize maintenance stocks and program as per agreed procedures.
•Implement HSE programs.
•Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
•Use expertise for diagnosis and emergency repairs.
•Troubleshoot and repair machineries.
•Perform preventive maintenance routines and inspections.
•Communicate with operators and reports to Plant Manager.
•Conduct all electrical installation and repairs.
•Purchase mechanical and electrical plant supplies
General
•Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above as instructed by direct manager
Qualifications
•Technical/College degree in a related field.
•Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
•Equipment utilization: Strong technical knowledge (electrical, mechanical)
