Job purpose:
Meet or exceed sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience within our online sales team, with the focus on selling beauty products, providing online consultation to customers and acquire new leads.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Represents the company for the sale of Biosphere & Ora Silcapelli products to customers in an online environment
Represent our brand in your daily life and all social media platforms
Perform virtual skin consultation to our online users or in-house
Delivers an exceptional customer experience, primarily communicating via website, email, text and phone
Maintains current product knowledge on our line of products
Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
Follows the defined sales process
Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of goods
Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
Acquires a minimum of targeted new leads per month
Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
Responsible of own agenda and time management.
Job Specifications:
1. Education: High School or General Education Degree
2. Experience: 1 Year in Sales or Online Sales
3. Computer Skills: Familiar with using Web Apps
MS Office
Social Media platforms
4. Linguistic skills: English & Arabic, French is a plus
